  • Prepare are as needed by moving clearing out furniture, masking, taping tarps, for protection.

  • Strip floor with floor machine; removing existing wax

  • Rinse + extract

  • Seal with stone loss a topical acrylic sealer

Marble- Tarvertine-Limestone- Terrezzo

  • Stone with topical acrylic sealer

  • Prepare areas as needed (moving furniture) masking, taping terps for protection.

  • Strip floor with floor machine removing existing wax, Rinse and Extract!

  • Hone floor with floor machine and diamonds abrasnes racious grits (as needed to removie etching)

  • Powder polish stone

  • Fill cracks with tinted epoxy

  • Seal Stone with solvent base impregnator ( cost by sqf.)

Wood Floors “Sandless Refinishing”

  • Prep rooms as needed such as moving furniture. Masking, taping, tarps…

  • Prep floor using rotary machine fitted with 3M maroon peds and “No sand prep” solution this will clean floor and prepare it for recoat.

  • Thoroughly rinse and dry floor

  • Apply 2 coats of water base finish (with catalyst)

  • Is customer choice of Sheen (Stain or Semi- gloss recommended).

  • Move furniture back into place when floor is ready. (price by sqf.)

 

 

Limestone – Marble Travertine & Granite

  • Proposel to Service.

  • Service Counters- Hone!

  • Prepare area as needed (masking, taping, tarps…)

  • Hone stone with diamond abrasive and Makita polisher.

  • Clean and rinse stone.

  • Re-caulk as needed

  • Seal/ Stone with solvent based impregnator.

 

Service Granite- Counters in Kitchen, bathrooms & Bbq Areas

 

  • Prepare area as needed.

  • Deep clean stone. Rinse and extract.

  • Re-caulk “a” backsplash and sink as needed.

  • Service Marble: Resurface and Polish Countertops:

  • Prep areas as needed.

  • Re-surface stone with Makita grinder and diamond abrasives in various grits (as needed to remove etching)

  • Powder polish stone. Rinse and extract.

  • Seal Stone with solvent based impregnator. (pricing per sqf available upon request).

 

Color Seal Grout

  • Ceramic tile and sanded grout clean and color seal grout

  • Prep areas as needed

  • Deep clean tile and grout Rinse and extract

  • Eten grout to prepare for color seal

  • Color seal grout (customer choice of color)

  • Buff off excess.
